He was involved in various research management on herbaceous tree and forage legumes, as feed for ruminants and for development of dry season livestock feeding strategies for small – holders crop – livestock farmers. He is conversant with the establishment and management of field trial.

Over the years he has gained valuable experience working with people of diverse cultural background in the formulation of agricultural policies in different areas of agricultural research and farm management. Responsible for the monitoring of research activities in both on – station and out – stations on feed and ruminant animal improvement.
