COURT SENTENCES RETIRED AIR VICE MARSHAL TO PRISON

The Federal High Court in Abuja has sentenced a retired Air Vice Marshal, Tony Omenyi, to seven years imprisonment. Justice Nnamdi sentenced the convict to seven years imprisonment on each of the three counts but ruled that the sentences should run concurrently.
