FCT converts General Hospital to isolation, treatment centre

Following the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Malam Muhammad Bello, has converted the Zuba General Hospital to an isolation and treatment centre to accommodate more patients should the need arise.

Bello has abandoned all gatherings in public parks, gardens, bar, night clubs, event and football viewing centres amongst others until further notice.

The minister revealed these in Abuja while briefing reporters on the measures taken to curb spread of the virus.
