The Osun State Governor Gboyega Oyetola has enjoined all the people of the state to support the presidential aspiration of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as he is blessed with the Midas touch to improve the fortune of the nation.
Oyetola who made this statement during the commissioning of the Osun State headquarters of Osun South West Agenda (SWAGA), the leading support group for the presidential election of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Osogbo stated that an active superlative administration of the government is not a strange terrain to the APC presidential candidate.
The Osun State governor who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Prince Wole Oyebamiji, disclosed that he believed fervently and religiously in the capability and ability of the APC presidential candidate as he had done more than the expectation of the people as a two-term governor of Lagos State.
Oyetola disclosed that it was for that reason that he donated the building to the Osun State SWAGA ’23 chapter as its office to complement the campaign activities of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In Oyetola’s words: “Nothing is too much to contribute to the presidential campaign efforts of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as I am an ardent believer in it.
“It is for this reason that I am donating this edifice to SWAGA to function as the Osun State Campaign Headquarters of our APC presidential candidate.
“Let me use this occasion to appeal to everyone in the state and beyond that the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s presidential election should be a common project for all and sundry in Osun State and beyond as the APC candidate would be a round peg in a round hole as the next President of Nigeria”, Oyetola reiterated.
Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola, the governor’s wife, who also graced the occasion, also attested to the fact that Asiwaju had done a lot as a Lagos State governor, adding that it was her conviction that Nigeria needs Asiwaju to pilot the affairs of Nigeria.
Oyetola’s wife enjoined all the Yoruba sons and daughters to come together and vote for Asiwaju with an assurance to garner one million votes for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the state.
