Oba Oke Development Union (ODU) has felicitated Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke as he marks his 63rd birthday, describing him as “a symbol of service and dedication”.
In a congratulatory message by the President, Elder Remi Abidogun and the Secretary, Mr. Abimbola Odegoke, the Union said the Governor is a capable and visionary leader hence the massive support he continues to receive from the entire Osun people.
According to the statement, “Our Governor has demonstrated that he’s a promise-kept, going by his outstanding performances since he was sworn-in last year.
“He has been fulfilling his campaign manifestoes particularly in the areas of infrastructure development which has spread to all nooks and crannies of the state.
“While we congratulate your Excellency on this occasion of your birthday, we assure you of the full support of Oba Oke people to your administration. We similarly remind you of the promise made to rehabilitate Oba Oke -Oba-Ile Eko-Ende road which has not gotten the State Government’s attention since year 2000 as well as reviving Owala Dam which can generate electricity for the state.”
The statement prayed God to give the Governor the strength and health to achieve all his goals.
