Abductors of Kogi poly students, CUSTECH worker demand N3m

Abductors of two female students of the Kogi State Polytechnic, Itakpe campus, and a worker of the Confluence University of Science and Technology, have demanded N3m ransom for the victims.

The trio were kidnapped on Sunday at a Living Faith Church in Osara community, Adavi Local Government Area of Kogi State during a night rehearsal.

The abducted female students were identified simply as Christiana and Kemi.

Christiana hails from Okengwe in the Okene LGA of the state.

A staff member of CUSTECH working in the ICT department, Joseph Simeon, was kidnapped alongside the female students.

The kidnappers initially demanded N10m for each of the victims.

After much pleading, the abductors reportedly reduced the ransom to N3m for the three victims.
