The Eminent Aragbiji of Iragbiji, Oba Abdur Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi, Odundun IV has commended the Governor of Osun State, His Excellency Adegboyega Oyetola for his excellent leadership style which showed clear vision in governance just as the budget implementation record reveals.
Mr Governor while presenting the 2022 draft budget before the lawmakers on 5th October, 2021 stated that the 2021 budget implementation percentage as at second quarter of the year was 77% which was an unprecedented record.
Oba Olabomi in a statement by his Press Officer, Adekunle Adewumi, said that was a whooping record which showed the government had a clear vision for the state and they’re running with it. He further stated that the 2022 draft budget looks great as at caters for every sector of the economy which he believes will bring massive growth to the state as it will be well implemented once again under the leadership of His Excellency Adegboyega Oyetola. A budget whose main focus would bring about an aggressive improvement to the internally generated revenue which will in-turn ensure optimum performance of the state in the coming years.
HRM Aragbiji congratulated the Governor for successfully presenting the draft budget before the house and appreciated him for his selfless service and level of commitment to seeing to the development of the state. He described him as a man of integrity, commitment, dedication as well as a vibrant and patriotic citizen.
Aragbiji of Iragbiji charged the people of the state to give their continuous support to the Governor and his cabinet so the vision can be achieved. He urged the Governor to continue his good works and wished him success in all his endeavors.
