Aragbiji Congratulates Hon. Femi Popoola for the Success of His Empowerment Programme

The renowned Aragbiji of Iragbiji, Oba Abdur-Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi, Odundun IV joined the Deputy Speaker, Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Femi Popoola on Friday 18th March, 2022 at the St. Thomas Secondary School, Otan-Ayegbaju for his empowerment programme.

The amiable Monarch celebrated the Deputy Speaker for putting together such a massive social intervention programme which caters for the needs of the people and make beneficiaries of the empowerment programme increasing their standard of living and contribute to the overall efforts of the government to alleviate poverty in the land.

Motorcycles, sewing machines, grinding machines, deep freezers, generating sets amongst others were some of the items given out and the beneficiaries could not contain their joy.

Oba Olabomi prayed for the Hon. Femi Popoola and encouraged him to keep up the good work.

Her Excellency Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola, the First Lady of Osun State was the Mother of the Day while Rt. Hon. Timothy Adigun Owoeye, The Speaker of the State House of Assembly led other Legislators to the event. Kabiyesi, Oba Lukman Fadipe, the Owa of Otan Ayegbaju and the Oluresi of Iresi, Oba Sikirulahi Adesehun Ibiloye together with the Aragbiji were the Royal hosts.

It was a huge success which saw the State Constituency having a feel of the dividend of good representation by the Deputy Speaker.
