The presidency has asked the All Progressives Congress members to be humble in victory by not using hurtful words or issuing threats against the losers in the presidential and national assembly elections.
The senior special assistant to the president on National Assembly matters (senate), senator Ita Enang, made the call in an interview with newsmen at the presidential villa, Abuja.
Senator Enang described the use of hurtful words against losers as an invitation to anger, which might lead to violence. He said the real winners in this election are the Nigerian voters.
