COVID -19: MASSOB vows to resist Chinese medical mission in Southeast, South South

The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) has declared it will resist any move by the Federal Government for Chinese medical mission in the Southeast and South South regions on the coronavirus pandemic

The pro- Biafra group warned the Chinese Government to restrict whatever their plans to Nigeria on COVID -19 to some other areas and not Biafran lands

MASSOB’s position was contained in a statement Wednesday in Awka, Anambra State by it’s leader, Uchenna Madu and made available to reporters.

According to MASSOB: “We shall resist any medical assistance from China to the people of Biafra.

“Coronavirus disease is not in Biafra land and can never penetrate or abide in Biafra land.

” It is only on trade, commerce and political diplomacy that the people of Biafra have a bilateral relationship with the people and government of China.”

The group advised Chinese Government not to bother itself on the people of Biafra concerning coronavirus virus pandemic.

” MASSOB has already informed the people of Biafra to resist any of form medical assistance from China in regard to corona virus ”

“Medical doctors and other health workers in South east and South south are capable and trained to handle every medical challenge professionally in those areas

“MASSOB advised the eastern zone of Nigeria Medical Association to outrightly reject this president Buhari sudden love for the lives of our people.”

The group questioned the sudden love of Igbo from the federal government when it had failed to stop the rampaging herdsmen from killing the people.
