Decision On Illegally Employed Workers Stands – Osun Govt

Osun State Government has again declared that those illegally employed by former Governor, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola, are no longer in the employment of the state government and no amount of blackmail can change that reality.

This was contained in statement by the Special Assistant, Community Communications to Osun State Governor, Mr Tunde Busari in reaction to the pockets of demonstrations by members of the All Progressives Congress(APC) employed towards the tail end of the last government.

The release noted that Mr Oyetola deliberately padded the state payroll with APC members to create stage for deeper financial crisis, conflict and disharmony.

According to the statement those who embarked on the protests were acting the script of the main opposition party in the State.

It added that the administration of Senator Ademola Adeleke would not bow to unjustified demands from those who collaborated to depeen Osun financial woes.
