Peoples Democratic Party PDP candidate for Osogbo Federal Constituency in the Saturday’s General Election, Alhaji Adewale Maruf popularly known as ‘Gangaria’ has promised not to disappoint people of his constituency saying he would offer good representation and legislation if given the mandate.
Gangaria, who stated this while featuring on an OSBC Bilingual Interactive program, ‘My Agenda’ vowed to turn stone to bread and empower all categories of people in his constituency to ease their sufferings

He said “I want to first thank people of Osogbo Federal constituency for the love shown us since the beginning of the campaign. The reception and mobilization in all wards across Irepodun, Orolu, Olorunda and Osogbo local governments was massive and I assure them that they will not regret voting for me.
“As a lawmaker, I will look at where there is a lacuna in the system and also see that I speak the minds of the people at the floor of the house. During my days in secondary school and higher institutions, I have been an advocate of good governance and speak for the people irrespective of the situation. I will do much more better if given the mandate.”

Gangaria similarly promised to spread his hand beyond legislation to ease the suffering of people.
“Although as a lawmaker, we’re purely for legislative activities but as a grassroot politician who knows where shoes pinch our people, I will ensure the most relevant welfare development programmes are given topmost attention. I will turn stone to bread and make life easy and meaningful to my constituents through several empowerment amd skill acquisition programmes.
“Voting for PDP in Osogbo federal constituency will certainly bring tremendous change and development to the people. We will empower the teeming unemployed youths, attract support to farmers, secure infrastructure development and give due regards to the traditional council. I assure everyone that our doors will remain open while all demands from people of our constituency will not be swept under the carpet.”
He similarly enjoined Osun people to keep supporting the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke saying this is the light of Osun which has come to clear the unwanted mess of the former administration.
