The driver of a heavy-duty vehicle who allegedly hit a pedestrian in Lagos on Monday 9th march 2020 and tried to escape, has been arrested.
He was apprehended by officials of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) with support from policemen.
The resulting commotion impeded morning traffic on the Old Abeokuta Expressway in the Oko-Oba area of the state.
