Hon. Justice Oyewole Not Part Osun appeal Panel – Appeal Court

Contrary to the claim by the people’s democratic party, the court of appeal said justice Joseph Oyewole is not a member of the governorship election appeal tribunal set up by the president of the court of appeal, justice Zainab Bulkachuwa.

A release by the media officer of the court of appeal, Mrs Sa’adatu Musa Kachalla stated that justice OYEWOLe of the court of Appeal, Enugu division is an industrious son of Osun state and that justice Bulkachuwa would always put her integrity on the front burner in appointment of judges.

The release advised members of the public  not to be misguided by  what it termed desperate and jittery individuals whose action is to heat up the polity. It noted that time has changed, and the era of fake news is over
