Imole Free Medical And Surgical Outreach, A Life Saving Initiative – Prof. Olaitan

The free medical and surgical outreach, provided by Senator Ademola Adeleke’s administration, is a life saving initiative for the benefit of the people of Osun State, irrespective of their tribe, religion, age or political affiliation

The Chief Medical Director, UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Professor Peter Olaitan, stated this while speaking on IMOLE AYO, a Yoruba sensitization programme, jointly put in place by the office of the spokesperson to governor Ademola Adeleke, Mallam Olawale Rasheed and the management of OSBC.

According to Professor Olaitan, thousands of patients suffering from one ailment or the other have benefitted from the governor Adeleke’s medical intervention in eight federal constituencies visited so far by the medical team; while the exercise will be rounded off on Wednesday and Thursday in Osogbo Federal Constituency.

Venue is the state specialist hospital, Asubiaro, Osogbo.

Professor Olaitan, who is the chairman of the committee in charge of the free medical and surgical outreach, enjoined the people who need medical attention to go to the state specialist hospital, Asubiaro Osogbo next Tuesday for registration while the medical doctors will attend to them on Wednesday and Thursday.

He also urged those who missed the opportunity in all the eight federal constituencies visited so far, to make use of the avenue by visiting the State Hospital, Asubiaro, Osogbo, for this rare opportunity.

It would be recalled that the medical and surgical outreach, provided by the present administration in Osun State, for the people across the nine federal constituencies of the State, was flagged off in February this year in Iwo, by Governor Ademola Adeleke#
