March 18 Poll: Governor Adeleke Canvasses Votes For PDP Candidates

Osun State Governor Senator Ademola Adeleke has assured people of Ifedayo, Ila And Orolu local governments of more dividends of democracy just as he appealed to them to vote for candidates of the People’s Democratic Party in the Saturday’s rescheduled state assembly election.

The Governor who statesd this while addressing people of Ifedayo at the frontage of Orangun if Oke Ila’s palace said his administration has been able to pay half salary arrears that the APC Government owed workers apart from other projects due to blockage of revenue leakages and capital flight.

He called on the residents not to be intimidated by the presence of security personnel that will be deployed saying that they are meant to protect them.

The campaign train left Oke Ila for Ila Orangun where he appreciated the people for speaking through their votes during the last National Assembly Elections with the Electoral victories of Senator-Elect, Olubiyi Fabiyi and Hon. Akani Olohunwa, Rep.Elect.

Also speaking, The House of Representatives Member -Elect, Hon. Akanni Olohunwa thanked the constituents promising that the good governance they voted for will be consolidated upon when they return their House of Assembly Candidate.

The train which comprised of the Deputy Governor, Prince Kola Adewusi, DG, Atiku/Okowa Campaign in Osun State, Hon Sunday Bisi as well as Yeyeluwa Dupe Adeleke-Sanni departed Ila Orangun for Orolu Local Government where members of the public as well as party faithful welcomed the Governor and his entourage enthusiastically
