As the world marks international children’s day today, wife of the Governor of Osun Mrs. Kafayat Oyetola has express the present administration’s commitment in putting in place policies and programme that will ensure the development of children in the state irrespective of their location gender and religion.
Mrs. Oyetola stated this in her message to mark the year 2020 children day celebration .
The wife of the Governor stated that the present administration remain committed to child friendly policies and will not leave any stone unturned in creating an enabling environment for the educational development of children.
She urged all parents and guardians to give the children adequate attention and guide them to remain safe from the corona virus infection as well as be committed to their education by taking advantage of the electronic media and online classes going on in the state.
Mrs. Oyetola who maintained that the current situation in the world at large presented the country with a challenge to develop its domestic talents, also admonished the children to begin the writing of their own history so that their tomorrow could be assured.
