
Religious leaders across the Nation have been advised to play a vital role in disseminating spiritual messages and prayers in molding the lives of youths for a better future.
The governor of the state of Osun, Mr. Gboyega Oyetola explained this while speaking at an event in Ijeda Ijesha.
Governor Oyetola who was represented by the secretary to the state government Prince Wole Oyebamiji noted that youths who are the leaders of tomorrow needs a lot of monitoring during their formative age to make them a better persons in future.
The governor maintained that the positive roles of religious leaders will go a long way in solving some societal problem commonly found among the youths of today,he disclosed that the life academy at Ijeda-Ijesa has been renovated to international standards and fully equipped for the training of interested youths in vocational and entrepreneurial skills to solve the problem of unemployment among youths of this country.
He admonished parents and youths to see vocational education as a way to go instead of looking for the non existence white collar job.
Governor Oyetola therefore solicits for the cooperation of the people of the state through prompt payment of taxes and other levies to bring desired development to the state of Osun.
