Popular singer, Lanre Fasasi, popularly known as Sound Sultan, is dead.

Born on November 27, 1976, Sound Sultan died at age 44 on Sunday following a hard fought battle with Angloimmunoblastic T-Cell lymphoma.

His death was confirmed in a statement by Dr. Kayode Fasasi on behalf of his family.
