Sanwo-Olu joins ‘Lagos Women Support Walk for Tinubu/Shettima

Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu joined the ‘women support walk’ for his second term bid and the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on Monday.

Sanwo-Olu, accompanied by his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat; his wife Dr. Mrs Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu and Mrs. Oluremi Hamzat, led the support walk, held along some selected areas of Lagos metropolis.

The event tagged: “Lagos Women Support Walk for Tinubu/Shettima, Sanwo-Olu, Hamzat also attracted Lagos APC chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi.


Others included former Deputy Governor Oluranti Adebule and Lagos APC Women Leader, Jumoke Okoya-Thomas.

The women, spotting different colour T-Shirts with Tinubu’s insignia, chanted various solidarity songs. (The Nation)
