The Lawmaker representing Ila state constituency at the Osun State House of Assembly, honourable Lateef Adebisi Jayeola has felicitated and identified with Christians on the occasion of this year’s Christmas celebration.
In his Christmas message, the Chairman House Committee on Commerce Cooperative, Industry and Empowerment extolled the humble lessons that led to the birth of Jesus.
Honourable Jayeola said “The birth of Jesus symbolises hope, salvation, blessing, mercy and love which were all anchored on the principles of unconditional love God has for human existence.”
He specifically acknowledged the authority, leaders and members of Christian Association of Nigerian (CAN) in Ila state constituency for upholding the teachings and spiritual lessons embedded in the dictates of Jesus Christ.
“I appreciate all religious organizations for promoting peace and harmony among people of Ila State constituency. I also laud them for their support which makes the task less cumbersome. I urge them to continue to promote peaceful coexistence and be one another’s brothers keepers. With this, I am confident that Nigeria will bounce back.”
While.urging his constituents to ensure the consolidation during the next year House of Assembly election, Hon Jayeola believes this would prolong the chain of growth and development he has laid in Ila State Constituency.
He prayed God to grant his constituents many more resounding and blissful years in order to witness more historic occasions.
