The secretary to osun state government will on Friday evening lead an array of dignitaries to the NUJ Osun Council Annual Ramadan Lecture as the special guest of honor.
A release by the chairman planning committee Moshood Suleiman and the Secretary, Aminat Adebare indicates that the Ramadan lecture will hold at the NUJ Secretariat beside Technical College Osogbo.
It notes that Ustaz Jabir Muhammadu shittu Abbas from Al hikmah University ilorin will deliver a lecture tilted ‘Journalism, Islam And Saying The Truth with Pharm. Lasun Sumonu talking on Stress, It Causes And Effect On People.
It adds that the Olororuwo Of Ororuwo Oba Qamarudeen Adeyemi Alawode iv and the Aawo of Awo Obla Taiwo Adegboye are the royal fathers at the programme that will be Co-chaired by Alhaji Ridwan Hussein Yah Salam, and Dr. Musbaudeen Adelayose while Ahaja Folake Adebayo will be the chairperson.
Other dignitaries expected are former Permanent Secretary Osun SUBEB,Alhaji Fatai Kolawole and Justice Jide Falola of the state’s High court.
The statement which states that Chairman, NUJ Osun Council, Comrade Wasiu Ajadosu is the Chief Host enjoins members to be punctual at the programme.
