Governor Gboyega Oyetola has urged the leadership of local council development authorities and local governments to function to the taste of the people in whose interest the council areas exist.
The governor who gave the charge while commissioning a 22 room secretariat complex of Ila central local council development authorities at Magbon charged others to seek independent sources to raiseing funds to build their own secretariats.
He also stressed the need for the leadership of the council areas to raise internal generated revenues to meet the yearnings of the people.

The Governor who thanked workers for their understanding and perseverance, urged them to work hard to justify his administration’s commitment to their course.
In his remarks, former Governor of the State Chief Bisi Akande described Governor Gboyega Oyetola as a diplomatic and highly dedicated leader, noting that the major function of the government at all levels is security which must be taken seriously for the needed development to manifest at all pedestals of society.
