Osun United welcome Giant Brillars in NNL Week 7 Fixtures

As Nigerian National League (NNL) resumes across various centres on Saturday, 15th June,2019 after a two-week break, Osun United will play host to Giant Brillars of Enugu in the week 7 encounter.

The match billed for the Osogbo Township Stadium will kick off 4pm.

Osun United threw away a two goal-lead in the first leg played at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu after conceding four goals in reply.

Meanwhile, Coach Samson Unuanel has promised that the team will fight till the end of the season after a slow start.

“It’s not over until it’s over. Even though we are not comfortable where we are on the log but we shall continue to push on till the end of the season”, submitted Unuanel.

While the ‘Omoluabi Giants’ are occupying the bottom spot on the log with a solitary point, the “Nwa” Boys are placed second with 9 points in five games.

Shooting Stars football club of Ibadan are leading the pack with 14 points.
