The management of Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC) has appreciated Osun State Governor, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola for his support to the media conglomerate at all times.
This is contained in a statement by the Public Relations Officer of the corporation, Gbenga Faminu in respect of the state government’s financial assistance to settle outstanding charges with the regulatory body.
The statement reads: “The management and staff of Osun State Broadcasting Corporation wishes to express profound appreciations to the Governor, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola for a speedy response at redeeming the state media conglomerate from the recent strict action of our regulator against a list of media networks in the country. We are grateful to Mr Governor for paying all OSBC Stations’ outstanding broadcast licence fees up to 2022.
“We are equally most grateful for the unparalleled leadership of His Excellency for the procurement of UPS, modern cameras, satellite uplink system and Star Times carriage subscriptions all for OSBC.
Osun State Broadcasting can Corporation will continually perform outstandingly with the supports being provided by Governor Gboyega Oyetola.”
