The State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Prince Adegboyega Famodun has assured that all APC aspirants in this weekend’s Local Government election will triumph
Famodun disclosed this on Tuesday during the official presentation of flags to all 69 chairmanship candidates at the party secretariat in Osogbo.
The Chairman while speaking with party faithful said the party has assurances that Governor Adegboyega Oyetola will be victorious at the Tribunal, calling on them to remain steadfast and loyal to the party.
“Today we are presenting the campaign flags for our candidates at the local government levels, the chairmanship candidates of APC that will be contesting in the elections on Saturday. We believe that these men will come out victorious in the polls on Saturday.”
He, therefore, admonished that the candidates, their deputies and councillorship candidates to remain focus and loyal, and be a good representatives of the party so as to ensure victory at the polls.
“I want to tell the electorates that we are the party in power and will continue to be in power, the electorates should consider us, we have given them good services at the LG level since we took over Osun State”.
Speaking with newsmen, the candidate for Ifedayo Local Government, Abiodun Idowu appreciated the party for it support, calling on electorates to have belief in them.
“I appreciate the party for giving me the opportunity to be one of the candidates, I promise to work hard in such a way that the impact will reflect in my local government as soon as we resume to the office” he added.
