She is presently the Director General and Permanent Secretary, Osun State Broadcasting Corporation conglomerate

A seasoned Journalist with over 30 years working experience in News gathering, News Reporting, Newscasting and Programme Presentation. She hails from Ilesa in Ilesa East Local Government Area of Osun State.

She attended L.A. Primary School Ayede Ekiti, Ekiti State and Ayede Grammar School, Ayede Ekiti for her Primary and Secondary education. Having completed her Secondary school, she proceeded to Kwara State College of Technology Ilorin, Kwara State, where she sat for ‘A’ Level Basic Studies and passed Interim Joint Matriculation Board Examination and General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) Examination simultaneously.

She obtained her first Degree in Yoruba Language from the Prestigious University of Ibadan, Masters Degree in Public Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and Professional Certificate in Journalism from the Institute of Journalism Abuja, Osogbo Centre.

She did her mandatory National Youth Service Corps at the NTA Abeokuta in 1990.  Upon the completion of the National Service, Jolaade Victoria Igbaroola secured an appointment with the Kwara State Ministry of education as an Education officer and subsequently taught at Government Day Girls School Ajase-Ipo and Government Day Secondary School Obbo Ayegunle, all in Kwara State.
