The President Court of Appeal, Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem, has constituted the Ondo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Secretary of the Election Petition Tribunal, Ondo State, Mr Musa Bako, on Thursday
The statement said the tribunal would hear and determine petitions that might arise from the governorship election scheduled to hold on Saturday.
He said the tribunal would sit at the High Court Complex along Hospital Road in Akure, the state capital.
The statement reads partly, “Notice is hereby given that the Honourable President of the Court of Appeal has formally constituted the governorship election petition to hear and determine petition that may arise from the forthcoming Ondo State governorship election coming up on the 10th, October, 2020.”
