President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the death of former Minister of Mines, Power and Steel, Alhaji Bunu Sheriff Musa.

The President commiserated with the Borno State Government and the people over the passing of the former Minister.

Sherif served as the Minister of Industries in 1985, Mines, Power and Steel from 1986 to 89, Aviation in 1989, Water Resources in 1990 and Employment, Labour and Productivity from 1990 to 92

Buhari, in a statement signed by Garba Shehu, his spokesman, affirmed that the Sheriff contributed to the development of the country and his community, taking up many responsibilities, including Nigeria’s Ambassador to France.

He prayed for repose of the former Minister’s soul, urging the family to find solace in his investment in humanity.
