The Old Students Association of Ejigbo Baptist High School (EBHSOSA) has reiterated their support and commitment towards the uplift of the students, the school, and the society at large as a way of giving back to their alma-mater.
The EBHSOSA national president, Omoluabi Tayo Adebowale stated this at the 63rd Founders Day Reunion and 50 million naira appeal fund held on the school premises.
Omoluabi Adebowale appreciated God for keeping Old Students together for over 6 decades adding that their existence after graduation was a landmark that calls for celebration and reflection.
The National president who lauded his colleagues who made numerous projects realizable called for more support of the old student in giving back to the institution and the community that made them.
In his remarks shortly after been conferred member of the EBHSOSA BOARD OF TRUSTEES, Prince Shola Ajiboye called on well-meaning individuals who are yet to start giving back to their alma-mater and the community at large to start giving back to the society that has made them, adding that the government alone cannot do it all.
Also in his remarks the Ejigbo Baptist High School Principal, Deacon Josiah Faleke Who could not hide his joy, maintained that the Ejigbo Baptist High School old students have played vital roles in the areas of the revitalization of classrooms, payments of examination, registration and accreditation fees, with supply of computer system and the support for sporting activities in the school among others.
The event climaxed with the launching of 50 million naira appeal funds, presentation of awards, presentation of the EBHSOSA Annual General Meeting Reports, followed by cultural display by the students among others.
