The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has declared the All Progressives Congress APC, Gubernatorial candidate Governor Nasir El-Rufai as winner of Saturday’s election in Kaduna State, he polled 1.045,427.
The Returning Officer for the governorship poll, Prof. Mohammed Yahuza Bello said the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Governorship candidate Hon. Isa Mohammed Ashiru polled a total of 814,168 votes to come second.
