Some unknown Gunmen have reportedly shot the Director for Youths Mobilization of the Atiku Abubakar/Ifeanyi Okowa presidential campaign team in Rivers State, Rhino Owhorkire.
Report says that the incident occurred in Aluu, Ikwerre Local Government Area (LGA) of the State the victim was heading home.
Information gathered that the assailants shot at Owhorkire’s vehicle tyres before shooting in his direction through the windscreen.
the source disclosed that “the victim he is in serious pain with blood dripping from his injured mouth, his mouth is scattered. But he is receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital”.
The state police image maker, Grace Iringe-Koko, confirmed the incident and said an investigation has started.
