Governor, State of Osun Mr Gboyega Oyetola has again charged all newly elected lawmakers in Osun not to disappoint people who committed their time, energy and resources into the polls.
The Governor who gave the charge at a dinner driven by the first lady Mrs Kafayat Oyetola reminded those who are victorious not to betray the trust and confidence the electorate repose in them, stressing that they should factor the grassroots who have the power of votes in their hands.
In her remarks, wife of the Governor Mrs Kafayat Oyetola thanked God for giving APC victory in Osun despite the daunting challenges and appreciated electorates for the love they showed her husband and the party.
Chairman of APC in the state Prince Gboyega Famodun enjoined the new legislators to learn from the happening in the political sphere in Nigeria and ensure that they take fulfillment of their campaign promises seriously.
