
The Newly sworn in Corp members have been admonished to Ensure that the identify of Nigeria as one nation is preserved at this critical point in her history by committing themselves to National integration and Unity.
The Director General of the National Youths Service Corp, NYSC, Brigadier General Muhammed Fadah who gave the admonition while declaring open the 2022 Batch C Stream 1 Orientation course at the NYSC permanent orientation Camp, Ede, Osun State.
The One Thousand Five hundred Corp Members deployed to Osun State for the one year mandate Service to the nation as well as Eight Hundred of those dislodged from Lagos State converged on the NYSC permanent orientation Camp Ede, Osun State, for the swearing in and Official opening ceremony preceding the three week orientation exercise.
While Declaring the 2022 Batch C Stream one Orientation course open, the Director General of the National Youths Service Corp, NYSC, Brigadier General Muhammed Fadah described the scheme as “a vehicle that avails corps members the Platform to practice what they have been taught in their Various Institutions as it provides the needed opportunity to gain prerequisites experience and skills needed to start off Their career paths in life.”
The NYSC DG, who was represented by the Osun State Coordinator of the scheme, Mrs Olayinka AbdulWahab charged the Corp Members to take the orientation Programme seriously and participate actively in the course activities which have been thoughtfully and carefully put together to sharpen their interpersonal skills needed to be good team players.
The event Climaxed with the administration of the National pledged and NYSC oath of Allegiance on the corp members by the Chief Judge of the State, Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo, represented by Justice Judith Olorunfemi- Ajanaku.
