…says success of project remains paramount

Osun Rural Access and Mobility Project,RAMP has gotten a new Project Coordinator, he is Engr. Popoola Okediya who was until his recent appointment a director in the Ministry of Lands and Physical planning.
In his maiden meeting with members of staff attached to the RAMP project, Engr. Okediya urged them to continue with the zeal which has enabled the project record unprecedented successes and continue to make life better for rural dwellers.
He explained that the present administration is determined to boost food production in the state and improve the lives of rural dwellers and at the same time boost the economy of the state for the benefit of all.
While calling for cooperation and focus from every member of staff on the project, the new project coordinator opined that they should see their service through the RAMP project as an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the state.
He said, “We should see our job as an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the state, we have a job to do and we can’t afford to let the people down. RAMP has been improving lives of rural dwellers in the state, we need to take it a step higher.
“We need to focus and cooperate more than ever before, this is our own opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our state and we must make judicious use of it”. Engr. Okediya stated.
Earlier in an address while introducing Engr. Okediya, the immediate past Project Coordinator, Prince Adesola Adewumi urged the members of staff to extend the same level of cooperation he was accorded to the new leadership, saying the success of the project should be their focus.
Present at the maiden meeting with the new project coordinator were all members of staff attached to the project who promised to work to ensure the success of the project.
