Residents of the entire Alekuwodo in Osogbo West LCDA have lauded Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for turning around the fortune of the area.
The Governor had taken time of to inspect the level and quality of works done in Alekuwodo link roads which had been abandoned for some time now.
The Governor and his entourage walked the length and breadth of the roads from Akinlade to Adejumo through WAEC linking Awosuru.
The State helmsman was welcomed by the people of the area with enthusiasm and he too was acknowledging their cheers.
Governor Adegboyega Oyetola after the inspection expressed satisfaction with the quality of job done and the speed with which the projects are going round the Srate.
He regretted that the regression experienced as a result of the Covid-19 lockdown will be overcome with easing of the stay at home order as contractors are now back to site.
The Governor assured the people of the State that there would be no looking back in the construction, rehabilitation and reconstruction of roads in the three Senatorial Districts as promised by the Government.
Two of the residents of Alekuwodo thumbed up for Governor Oyetola describing him as a man of his words. According to them the repairs of the roads will boost trading in the area while car owners will save money from frequent car repairs.
