Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP for Osogbo, Olorunda, Orolu and Irepodun Federal Constituency, Alhaji Adewale Maruf popularly known as Gangaria has described electorates in his constituency as his backbones, promising them good representation if elected in the General Elections holding next month.
Gangaria, who stated this while featuring on an OSBC Bilingual Interactive program, ‘My Agenda’ assured that he would not disappoint his supporters and would use his constitutional power to facilitate dividends of democracy to people of his constituency.
Speaking about his agenda the Osogbo-born grassroot Politician said “I am fully prepared to represent my people effectively at the House of Representatives in Abuja as I possess the required ability, experience and political sagacity dated back to about 80s.
“I want to assure our party leaders who chose me as the right candidate to lead Osogbo Federal Constituency that they will not regret this decision. The job of law making at the National Assembly is not a child’s play. This is why a credible and intelligent people should be given the mandate to represent their constituency.
“I am a product of the grassroot. I am born, bred and raised in Osogbo and I understand the needs of our people. I am an entrepreneur who has been given back to my community in various ways. I am not going to Abuja to make up the number but for effective representation and to assist people of my constituency. I want to urge electorates in Osogbo Olorunda Orolu and Irepodun to vote for me as I promise not to let them down,” said Alhaji Maruf
Speaking on the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke, Gangaria who thanked people of Osun for voting en masse for the PDP during the July 16 Governorship election assured that Osun would soon witness massive transformation in all sectors.
“I thank our people for their overwhelming support and vote that brought PDP back to power in Osun. With Sen. Ademola Adeleke at the helms of affairs, Osun is now in the hand of trustworthy and accountable leader. This government knows the need and yearning of the people and will do everything possible to run an all inclusive government that will be beneficial to all.”
Alhaji Maruf urged all electorates in Osun to vote for all PDP candidates from the state to the federal for Osun to enjoy full benefits that are in the archives of the People’s Democratic Party PDP.
