The renowned Oba Abdur Rasheed Ayotunde Olabomi, Odundun IV, Aragbiji of Iragbiji on Thursday 30th of September, 2021 spoke about the impact of moral value on the nation’s growth as the Engineering students of the Osun State Polytechnic,Iree hosted their Engineering Week with the theme: ENGINEERING IN THE PAST, NOW AND ITS FUTURE.
HRM Aragbiji who was ably represented by his Press Officer, Adekunle Adewumi, said he felt honored to have been called upon for such a subject matter as the growth of this great nation, Nigeria is of utmost importance and that the development of this nation lies in the hands of we the citizens.
Oba Olabomi thanked the faculty executives for bringing to the table such a topic at a time as this and went ahead to give a sound discussion on how great an effect our moral values as individuals have on the growth of the nation. He went further to give recommendations which he feels if put into use will make the country better in every area and give us the Nigeria we’ve dreamed about for years.
Aragbiji of Iragbiji went ahead to charge everyone present to put into practice all that was discussed and be patriotic citizens of this nation. He also encouraged them to focus on their academics while in school and be good representatives of the school, state and nation at large wherever they find themselves.
