The Enugu State government on, Monday, declared a ban on the use of unauthorised vehicles with tinted glasses in the state.The ban, which is said to take effect from September 4, 2023, the government said was in line with the avowed determination and commitment of the Governor Peter Mbah administration to combat the nefarious activities of kidnappers and other criminal elements in the state.The ban was contained in a public service announcement, issued on Monday, by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof Chidiebere Onyia.The statement partly read, “The ban shall take effect after four weeks of this notice, with consequent enforcement starting on Monday, September 4, 2023.
